That's not really right of Mr B, if that's correct. But the SA may have just been offering her own made-up solution to the question because she didn't know the answer. The amount 2.17 that was deducted from your total was the amount of your second trio of no7 items:

    Cooling after sun 98p
No7 sun kissed face cream 1.19
    no7 sun tan kit 0.00 342
    total: 2.17

So I would guess it will just take off one set of 342 items, and won't work on two sets even if there is money left over from your blinkie to use on it. Just a guess -- has anyone else used a blinkie on sale items today?

Yep - another body polish £4.53 - free with blinkie. It was all I had bought in that transaction too so just took the full amount off.

Last night in a different store I got some Firming body cream - can;t remeber how much it should have been but came up free.

    Hi everyone,

I have returned having said a few days ago that I had had it with boots.com and the dreaded generic error! I didn't manage to get any of the foodie gifts I was originally after and now that my basket has become friends with me again the sale has stopped online!

Have only read the past few pages as I'm busy at work, but wondered if someone could help me out with a few queries.

1 - Is it likely the 90% sale will start tomorrow? Belfast big boots has lots of wrapping paper and cat mugs. that's about it, but the wrapping paper would be good value. Has anyone checked out the other stores for possible 90% goodies?

2- Has anyone got any Lancome points vouchers or coupons they'd be willing to swap? I have two or three blinkies and a £2 off soap and glory voucher that I'd gladly swap!

    many thanks

I'm trying to get back into my bootsing again, I havnt been around for ages for obvious reasons. Still have some very dark days. They have been lightened a little though with our lovely news that I'm 16 weeks gone with baby #3 who will be here at the beginning of July (bad timing, Thomas's 1st anniversary will be 25th June!)

Sorry, meant to also say that I'm soo glad you do have some light at the end of the tunnel. :A Congratulations on your news. Sending you my warmest wishes.

In the past CS have usually refunded damaged items but allowed the customer to keep them as a gesture of goodwill, definitely let them know, most of the damage seems to ocurr in transit because things are badly packed.

If there's any question about the damage then take a photo and offer to email it to them.

Wish I had known this before xmas, I ordered 9 presents and 6 turned up damaged and 1 missing, then they resent them picking up damaged goods, and 2 of the replaced items were again damaged, I ended up taking them back to the store, didn't find CS much help at all. The packaging is hopeless, everything just loose in a large thin cardboard box. No compensation to speak of just some points on my card as one of the items I had bought was half price, but by the time it arrived damaged twice it had gone back to full price. I think boots really need to get something sorted out !!!

been to Boots in the morning- no reduced herbal Essences. it is nationwide? (and no signs of 100points for them!)

Don't know if this has been answered as again catching up, lol!:o The HB reduced bottles do not appear to be nationwide as I visited 3 Boots in town this am and none had them reduced (the old bottle styles). I even got them checked and they came up at full price... however, some stores do have them reduced... also tho no mention on 100pts these r added automatically at the tills on all HB items including clearence... now, the task is to find the reduced bottles, lol!;)
