I wonder what will happen to all the stock if there is no online sale? maybe they will ship it all out to the stores instead. Or is this wishful thinking on my part?:D I really wanted an S&G grab bag, but I think the odds on finding one now are zilch:rolleyes:

Boots phoned me tonight regarding cancelled order and I was told that the sale would be going back online. He said that they were told today but that hasn't happened so keep looking.

    Thanks buffy x

I'm trying to get back into my bootsing again, I havnt been around for ages for obvious reasons. Still have some very dark days. They have been lightened a little though with our lovely news that I'm 16 weeks gone with baby #3 who will be here at the beginning of July (bad timing, Thomas's 1st anniversary will be 25th June!)

So have to get back to bootsing and get stocked up on nappies and everything else we're gonna need! build my points back up too.

Sorry for being off topic, will pm next time. Just wanted to say a proper Hi. You were all so wonderful to me when Thomas and my mum died.

    Jill x x

It's lovely to see you on here again Jill:) Welcome back and congratulations:beer: I'm really pleased for you. If anyone deserves some good luck, you definetly do after what you've been through. I hope you have a good pregnancy. x

Yep - another body polish £4.53 - free with blinkie. It was all I had bought in that transaction too so just took the full amount off.

Last night in a different store I got some Firming body cream - can;t remeber how much it should have been but came up free.

I think it costs about £6, I paid £1 odd for it after blinkie. This was in London though and prices are higher there:rolleyes:

Welcome back Jill, I have often wondered how you have been getting on. Really great news about the new addition. Hope all goes well.

Dotchas, hope you had a good 1st day back at work. ;)

I have an Alliance pharmacy quite close to me so I am going to pop in tomorrow in the hope they have some gifts left. Do I get points and can I use points? I am really excited - how sad is that?!:o
  • Welcome back Jill. Congratulations on your wonderful news. :) I often think of you all, its really good to see you back. :)

re the glitterbabes stuff, not sure if you will remember but the entire range went to 25% off before christmas and stayed at that price so the 10 pound bag was 7.50, the 75% off came off the 7.50 not the 10.00 hth, great little bargains they were!!
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there

    Hi,

Yep it was me! Makes sense now. I didn't know they went to 25% of before Christmas (it was a bad time as my beloved grandfather passed away).

Anyway, thanks for clarifying that for me - these things do bug me as I like to figure things out.

They really are lovely. My little one has nabbed one for herself and the other is going to be a prezzie for my niece on her 3rd birthday this year.

    Thanks again.

Apparently yes you can, to both points (pardon the pun!) :) The only thing you can't do is use any Boots vouchers in the Alliance shops yet because the tills haven't been fully changed to "Boots" ones yet but should be within the next few months - this was all according to my favourite, lovely SA this morning :)
