Does anyone know when they actually stop awarding the current blinkies ? I know that they stop being accepted on 1st Feb, but wondered when they stopped giving them out ? They usually continue to give them out right up to the day they finish
- some stores might run out of stock of them before then though. You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

I'm pretty sure I saw some instore signs that said they stop awarding them on the 27th Jan, don't quote me on that though as I have been known to imagine things!0 -
If they have stopped accepting the blinkie for the reduced No 7 then they are going to end up with alot of it on their hands. I would have thought we were doing them a favour by buying it all up!0

I was in boots yesterday, and got the day face sorbet which was half price. The sa scanned everything else in my basket first, and stopped when the total was just over £5 and asked me if i had a voucher for the cream. cause if not i could pay for my items, get a voucher and then get the cream with the voucher.
So i really think it depends who the sa is. Im lucky, most sa's in my store are lovely:j0 -
I'm off to buy some essentials and get myself a blinkie. I think I might save it to use on one of the new products coming in next week. thanks for letting us know about it calernce monkey and thanks for the pics broclo.
re .com sale we've all been wondering if they will just ship the stock to stores and then it's the luck of the draw which store gets what. But if we keep being told they are separate companies the left over xmas stock is on .coms books at the moment and the stores would have to agree to move it to their books and then hope it sells. I know most of the 75% stock was sold in hours but I wonder if they'll want to take the risk. If .com keep it there could be a fair bit left for the 90% if it's goes ahead next week but if .com isn't fixed could be a real mess again.
Bit of a pain sone SA's refusing to take blinkies on reduced stock.
Off to get my blinkie ready for next week.0 -
I used my blinkie on reduced stuff today, went and ordered the 4gb sugarbabes usb added a creme egg to make it over a fiver, (was going to buy a meal dal with 2 x oasis & 3pk creme eggs but cudnt find any) used my blinkie to get pore refining serum paid 65p0

Have just received my .com order placed last week. I ordered the toni & guy bag which has about 6 different products in. Quite a few of these have the lids broken in pieces in the bag. This was going to be a gift but can't really give it in this condition. Also ordered 2 of the scents of a star bags with the 3 mini perfumes in. Both of these are open, the wrappers are loose in the box and one has the 'colleen' perfume missing. What do you suggest i do?

Phone customer services to complain about it or just be happy that i managed to order amidst all the chaos? :cool:
