Theres no sign for the 100pts in my local, but they have reduced the old style bottles. I just grabbed a couple yesterday and the points were added!

I had my delivery yesterday from the 75% sale but 4 things I had only got 50% of :eek: so I dont want them ive never returned .com bits to store before and I noticed theres no prices on the returns sheet.How do they know what youve paid? Im worried they will try to refund me at less than I paid.

Morning everyone

Last night i purchsed the following

2 x no7 sun face cream £1.50 each
no7 cooling aftersun face cream 0.00 342

Cooling after sun 98p
No7 sun kissed face cream 1.19
no7 sun tan kit 0.00 342

2 x herbal essence 400ml 1.46 each

Total to pay £5.92

Used blinky then noticed it only took £2.17 off for the blinky asked SA why and she said head office noticed that too much no7 reduced items were going through free with blinky so they fixed it so it only took a small amount off with the blinky. I said it was wrong as it states £5 off no7 but they said they couldnt do anything. And i guess it does say not to be used in conjunction with ther offers so nothing you can do about it.

I'm not sure if it was just this store as they had pallets loads of no7 reduced suncare 75% off and the shelf was nearly empty yesterday (about 10 items left)

But thought i would mention it so no one wastes their blinkies on the reduced items. You would be better getting £5 off a full priced item.

The points are added automatically when you pay. I've not been lucky enough to find any reduced HE either - plenty of old packaging bottles, but none of it reduced.

Is it on your confirmation email what you were charged? If it is, print that off and take it with you to the store when you do your return.

That's not really right of Mr B, if that's correct. But the SA may have just been offering her own made-up solution to the question because she didn't know the answer. The amount 2.17 that was deducted from your total was the amount of your second trio of no7 items:

Cooling after sun 98p
No7 sun kissed face cream 1.19
no7 sun tan kit 0.00 342
total: 2.17

So I would guess it will just take off one set of 342 items, and won't work on two sets even if there is money left over from your blinkie to use on it. Just a guess -- has anyone else used a blinkie on sale items today?

If you cant print off your order confirmation then ask them intore to phone .com to confirm what you paid.

I think that you are probably right Skibster because if Mr B doesn't want the vouchers to work then he makes them so that they don't go through at all. As you say, it seems like the SA's made-up solution. The same as I was told the other day that I couldn't use the Spa voucher as it could only be used on the items with the white & blue packaging :rolleyes: , even though it shows all the ranges on the whole voucher.

It seems to be the SA's solution to any problem with a voucher or coupon - the "can't be used with any other offer" clause. They can interpret this whenever they like it seems, even if you know full well a voucher or coupon CAN be used with an offer - the SA's in my local use that excuse everytime!

Just been to Boots and bought the Bach rescue Remedy set of cream, pastilles and wooden massager. It was £4 but I'm sure it was £8 before Chritsmas but the green parcel label had been removed. Could someone twll me what the correct price was? TIA.
It's best before date was 3/09 so is quite short dated.
They also had Badger Balm in the clearance section, it was unpriced so got a SA to check. It was £3.91 so left it although I have wonderful things on here about it.
keep an eye out for galaxy Mistletoe Kisses, bb 5/09, then went through at 15p so bought a couple and they are very yummy!!
