Have just received my .com order placed last week. I ordered the toni & guy bag which has about 6 different products in. Quite a few of these have the lids broken in pieces in the bag. This was going to be a gift but can't really give it in this condition. Also ordered 2 of the scents of a star bags with the 3 mini perfumes in. Both of these are open, the wrappers are loose in the box and one has the 'colleen' perfume missing. What do you suggest i do?
Phone customer services to complain about it or just be happy that i managed to order amidst all the chaos?
    TIA X

You paid the advertised price so you should receive the advertised goods!!! Definately complain!!!

phone them straight away. You can't accept that. :D

Thanks for the advice, i don't want to send them back though as i very much doubt that i will get anymore. I would rather keep them all for myself than lose them. Or just split the mini perfumes to make other hampers. If you get what i mean

I'm pretty sure I saw some instore signs that said they stop awarding them on the 27th Jan, don't quote me on that though as I have been known to imagine things!
Thankyou - and to Scarlet.1974 too. I will check on Thursday when I am next in - I just wanted to be sure it hadn't finished before my next vist.

Just been to Boots and bought the Bach rescue Remedy set of cream, pastilles and wooden massager. It was £4 but I'm sure it was £8 before Chritsmas but the green parcel label had been removed. Could someone twll me what the correct price was? TIA.
It's best before date was 3/09 so is quite short dated.
They also had Badger Balm in the clearance section, it was unpriced so got a SA to check. It was £3.91 so left it although I have wonderful things on here about it.
keep an eye out for galaxy Mistletoe Kisses, bb 5/09, then went through at 15p so bought a couple and they are very yummy!!
    HTH

ooh, I love these:D I'd better keep away from boots today or I will ruin my new years diet.

can anyone confirm if there will be a new No7 GWP at the end of the month? I'm wondering if I should save my last blinkie just incase. I have a pigsback voucher on it's way to me too. It's taken me about 6 months to save enough points for it, so I'd better spend it wisely, lol

dotcom is still not letting me see my basket. I've cleared my cookies, but still no joy. I might have to give CS a ring:rolleyes:

In the past CS have usually refunded damaged items but allowed the customer to keep them as a gesture of goodwill, definitely let them know, most of the damage seems to ocurr in transit because things are badly packed.

If there's any question about the damage then take a photo and offer to email it to them.

I finally managed to get some of the 75% sale items - I missed the sale last Wednesday as had to work. However, I had to go to the chemist and our local one has been taken over by boots. It's a tiny store but managed to get these:

    2x Glitter babes bags = £1.84 each
    x1 Dr Who Tardis charm = £1.22
    x1 Glitter babes lips palette = £2.00
    x1 Royal Jelly toiletry bag = £2.44
    x1 Roary Pencil Case set = £1.22
    x1 Roary Colouring & Activity set = £1.22

    Total: £10.56

    Also in the same pharmacist I found a;
No 7 men's skincare starter gift for £2.95
No 7 slimline wallet for £4.00

I managed to do the No7 on two transactions and used the blinkie and they actually went through. So two nice no7 gifts for free. :j

What I don't understand is that the Royal Jelly bag and Glitter babe bag were both £10 before the sale. However, the glitter bag went through as £1.84 and the Royal Jelly bag as £2.44. I'm not complaining though. :rotfl:

Yes they should give you change back on a gift card, but I have been refused on one occaision. If that happens, answer is simple, ask to buy a gift card with your voucher, then use your gift card and get your change on it!
