In the meantime, now I can't even log on. CS has just given me a new password, and I still can't log on. When I tried to put something in my basket, I got the dreaded 'generic error'. Help!

As far as I know, when you order from .com, you pay for it there and then, whether you choose in store delivery or home.

I thought it was too simple to work!
Also, you can buy sale items at 50% in store, and try to return them when the 75% off sale starts, and re buy them, people have successfully done this but it is always SA dependent I think as to whether they allow you to do this.

Oh, I didn't mean that! I just meant, if I'd bought, say, one of the big £50 gift sets in the 50% sale at £25, kept it untouched, then managed to get another one in the 75% sale at £12.50, I could take back the £25 one, with receipt, and get £25 back.

Also, if that happened and I had say, next year's P&P set or something, I'd be sure to put a heads-up on here to let other Bootsers know that one is going back into the store! I'd have to put out an alert; 'Attention - at 5.35pm this evening, one P&P set is being returned to Liverpool Street Station.'

    You can do that, yes.

CAn I ask for some advice on nappies?

I was looking for different nappies my 2 year old LO decided it would be fun to copy daddy on the weekend and we have had 8 wees in the toilet hee hee hee so sad that i get so excited

In any case thought i might need some pull ups now. Boots ones are on offer any idea if they are any good?

Should I get the little walkers ones which are some where between a nappy and pants or should i go for the pull up which are like pants and are thin?

or should i go for the reusable ones from boots?
I did use reusable nappies quite a bit

All bottoms are of course shaped differently...but my ds1's butt leaks with the boots ones lol

Walkers from huggies are serving me well during the day for him and i got them cheaply using the voucher (link on cpg's first posts). Managed to use two(says one per item not transaction) and as were on 2 for £10 offer it only cost £4 for the 2 packs :) You can print voucher twice...if your printer apparently does not work, it gives you a second chance  ;) those damn printers failing to print the first time :D oh dear eh!

scans as Mango Delirium, was 12.71, now 3.17.

Yes but how long does it take?! I want to give up waiting, but I cant! lol I keep checking everyday.

  • I know this has happened to a couple of people on here when placing the orders for 75% off sale so I thought i'd ask to see if this has happened to anyone else!
I ordered a toy (Vtech sit and stand tree) it stayed at 50% off when I put the order through even though everything else was 75%. Just called them and they said they'd refund it to my card. But i've just checked and they've only refunded £4.50 instead of £10?!
Am I missing something or should they have refunded £10?! It was £40 to start with. I'm thinking it's because I used the £5 off voucher... but even if they refunded the right amount I would have still been over the threshold?
