  • Can anyone confirm that the pantene points offer works on the minis which are around £1.26? Could do with some for mini 'cheer up' hampers I'm doing, but the points would be a bonus :)

Also, I need to return an item to store, got the FCUK set in sale for OH for V day but he wants an xbox game now  But I paid in points, I have the receipt, so does it just work like an ordinary refund? Never returned something bought with points before :)

    TIA
I seem to remember someone reported that the minis had the points aswell..on the other thread though.

Refund with points is just fine, they just add your points back on your card

Hi all, Got a few coupons that I will not be using thought they might help some one 1 } double points on children's clothing when you spend £10 2} 200 points on Botanics shampoos or conditioners 3} 50 botanics cotton wool will send to the first person who pm's me Also went to the Fort in Birmingham yesterday. Christmas toy's with the parcels on where back on the main shop floor with signs saying not included in the sale

Just as a heads up - currently Botanics haircare is 2 for £5 - so you could use the 200 points coupon, save about £1 on the normal price by buying the 2, and get yourself a blinkie ;) .

Pink foot gift-I saw this too. It was amongst the normal stock, but had a green parcel sticker on it, so checked but it was full price-darn! Thought I was in luck then...:rotfl:

Hi - I actually got one of these on the first day of the sale for £3!!!!! The SA changed the price manually!!! I am going to call up customer services tomorrow and check whether they should be removing these Christmas stickers and selling at full price as it seems wrong to me!

Just return it as an unwanted or duplicate gift, shouldn't have any problems x

When the S&G GWP's were on sale last time round (before xmas) I only got one with points then read on here it was 342 so went back the next day and got a refund on original one ( got points back) then re~bought another 2 again with points so you should have no probs x
