Well of course the good old generic error won't let me investigate, but apparently my basket has 4 things in it, at a cost of minus £4.91.

They have no obvious single competitor, which I'm sure allows them to be complacent about the utter uselessness of their site.

I still have 4 items, but they now cost minus £1.96. Magic!

On two of my items it says "Proof of delivery" under them. Now I'm assuming this is because they are alcohol items and want to check I'm over 18.

Does anyone know if this just means it requires a signature? I have a post room, so won't get the parcels personally but normally if there's a parcel that needs signing I just have to sign in a book which logs them all.

This is on clearance at some stores at £1.46 with 100 points, (very good deal) but tonight it scanned at 37p!!!!!! I went and got another one !

Yes just requires sig no extra hassle - I've had some alcohol delivered yesterday and it was fine, just the normal process

To clear gen error
log out
add toothpaste or something normal to your basket
log back in
go into basket in normal way and it will prob say some item in your basket was OOS and that prob caused the error

i would say both orders are ok

The reorder is just incase you wanted to duplicate the orders you have already placed nothing to worry about

Wish I could find it at this price in stores in West of Scotland. Anyone know any store who has them at this price?

Spent a fortune on Pantene shampoo at £1.79 with the 100 points. In last couple days managed to find some clearance Herbal Essences and get the 100 points but they are between 74p and 87 p in the 4 stores I tried.
