Yep they were brilliant then (it was my 50th TV gig), just wish they'd been on later and for longer.
Bloody hell Pepe! Data protection breach or what! I'd report them to anybody and everybody.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Write and tell them thanks very much for giving you full access to someone elses details and it contravenes the data protection act..........Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I would raise merry hell about that Pepe, complain directly to the information commissioner!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

So far 1st Credit in default on £7500...about to pull their rug from under their slimy feet.
Barclaycard is the one in question with this CCA! So good ammo I think.
Cap 1 trying to claim that they can send a blank Agreement only under Regulation 3 of the 1983 Amendments.....b*ll*cks, and told them so.
The other 6 go into Default on Monday. Leaving £21K out of £59K who I can remember signing Ags for. ( Still sending requests next week tho )
What a bunch of kn*bs, I was thinking of just getting myself some protection whilst paying it all off ( CCCS ) but now, stuff it....I'm going for write offs!!!:D stay wonky

Good for you. I know a lot of people on this site think it's morally wrong and stuff, but you've got to do what's best for you. In my case that route avoided bankruptcy, which has meant that my other creditors have got something instead of nothing.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Go Pepe, Go Pepe, Go Pepe!
