Don't be nervous Lucy. You'll get some help. I'm too new to be of any use other than to encourage. There are some very nice folks on here.0 -

Hey ho-1 day does not ruin a diet...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
It didn't help having to make a big beef stew (took meat out of freezer earlier in the week and it had to be cooked) and it looked lush, carrots, potatos, dumplings, leeks, peppers, peas, tomatoes, swede, onions etc etc and just put it front of the kids-DD tried it and DS wouldnt even do that. *sigh* so now they are sitting on settee eating jam sarnies. It frustrates me but I can only keep cooking and letting them try...at least DH will have some nice things cooked for him when he gets home.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

Onwards and upwards Bunny. Tomorrow is another day.:D
Days off are always difficult for diets - too much temptation lying around the house. At work your choices are more or less limited to what you take with you.
I'd be inclined to finish off with a glass of vino.0
