I'm back on Slimming World Buffy
I lost 3 stone on it a year or so ago, then stupidly put most of it back on
I lost 5 stone in 6 months the first time I did it properly in late 2004/early 2005. Then all the Cruella stuff started and I put it all back on in the same amount of timePlus 2 more stone

Wow....5 stone in 6 months is fab !!!
I did 3 stone in about 4 months, but then the weight loss slowed right down, and I got disheartened, came off it and put it all back on :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I'm hoping with the new EE plan that the complete halt I now get at week 3 and 4 doesn't happen. I was very bored with green or red days but the new plan is excellent.........and now I have half a hundred weight of new choccy mullerlights in the fridge, I should be fine! :rotfl:

Hi Lucy,
Read the stickies at the top of this forum-they are the threads designed to give you all the information to get you on the road to beating your debt down.
Look at starting a new thread and posting a 'Statement of Affairs' as posted on the stickie. (refferred to as a SOA) and then people can see where they can help.
Just a sec and I'll get the links.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

1 A choice
1 B choice
anything free off green or red can be served on the same plate. (ie pasta with chicken, rice with fish)
Syns as normal, if there are different syn values given for something (ie 4 on red, 6 on green), choose the lower number.
snacks can be anything free."Stay Wonky":D
