i gave it a try purely as it was on offer at the time in asda and tbh i felt starving all day until i had my dinner
ended up eating crap during the day so didnt really lose weight on it
saying that the pre made shakes were nice, the powder once made up wasnt as nice0

I have used Slimfast before several times and will be buying it again shortly to lose weight again.
Have I put on the weight again after I've stopped Slimfast? Yes, I have, but not immediately and only because I was being greedy and eating rubbish. The same happened after calorie counting and just general healthy eating, so I don't blame SF but myself on putting weight back on.
I don't think that it is the actual product that helps me slim down but the routine it allows me to follow and not having to think about food constantly. I would always have very healthy meals and snack when on SF and have never felt ill or undernourished on it.
I have about a stone to lose this time and I know I can easily do it with SF but it's up to me to keep it up after by eating less and excercise.0

I'm starting tomorrow! Eeek!! I'm going to my best friends wedding at the end of November so would like to look my best for that. I fit into my size 10 dress but have to breathe in!
Right so my plan is a shake for breakfast & dinner with a healthy lunch.
I also like the idea of losing a bit of weight before Xmas so I can stuff myself silly this year! Was on Weightwatchers last year, lost 1 1/2 stone (&have kept it off), and dieting at Xmas is NO FUN!0

Long-term it's not a good idea, no but no harm to use it for a short while to give yourself a little kickstart and get some motivation when you see the weight dropping off (and you will if you stick to it!). However, do make sure that you have a proper healthy eating plan in place when you have finished with your Slimfast plan. Good luck!0

if short term is a few days, but it depends on your total cal intake as well
VLCD's do a lot of damage to lean muscle mass and internal organs ..0
