Slimfast

Hi all, i've just recently started doing Slimfast and wondered if there were any other MSE's that do it?
I brought some of the smoothies through the boots glitch and i've been having one for breakfast and one for dinner and then a proper healthy meal in the evening.
The first few days i was having a couple of crackers in mid afternoon as i was feeling slightly hungry- sometimes i dont get tea till quite late but im on just two smoothies till tea now. Is this the right way to do it? Im not feeling hungry until tea but i just wanted some advice.

sorry for the long waffling post and thanks to those that read :) x

  • Hi There - I am also doing it from the Boots Glitch. I have the following:
    Breakfast 1 x Smoothie
Lunch 1 x Smoothie and 1 x cereal bar (any type below 100cals)
    Dinner something around 600 cals.
Snacks, a couple of pieces of fruit, or I sometimes have one small biscuit like a ginger nut if I'm peckish.

It sounds like you should eat a bit more, maybe add in a couple of pieces of fruit?

Oh I see. I'm veggie anyways so am used to all that fibre ;)

I think something like crackers, or some of the small cereal bars are a good idea. I don't buy the slimfast ones as they seem expensive to me. although 29p is pretty cheap.:D:D:D

Jenibob, I was wondering if you are still doing this and how you've got on so far. I have done this before and it does work. I was training 3 times a week at the gym though as well which made a big difference in itself.
