I sent them an email over a week ago to confirm whether they had my full address or not and have not had any reply yet - in my opinion it's plain rudeness on their behalf and I for one will not be happy if I miss out on this because they don't have all my details despite me emailing to give it to them

What E-mail address did you use - I have tried to use qype.com but it comes up as invalid. Thanks in advance.

I emailed Rob as I had the same query. He replied saying that I would have had to fill in my address when I signed up for the virgin challenge (not just an account sign up).
To be honest I have no recollection of putting my address in , but I have email evidence from Rob saying I must have (he didn't confirm that my address is there, just that I would have had to put my address in).
So my voucher had better arrive.

  • This is not a scam Wigglebeena. I have recieved all my goodies and my Amazon voucher and am just waiting for my Virgin voucher. They can be slow but that is due to the amount of people using Qype now. I did sign up before the 18th November which is why I have received my goodies, but they will be introducing new ones. I would just say to hang in there. I did and have received everything promised to me.

Although people have to remember that if your reviews aren't up to scratch you won't get anything.

just had the following email in reply to mine

    Hello,

You and everyone who entered the competition entered your address, otherwise
you were not allowed to proceed with registration.
The vouchers will be sent by the end of Feb, and I can confirm that you are
    entered into the competition.

    Thanks,
    The Team at Qype

Strange how none of us remember putting our addresses in... we must be a group of amnesiacs, no?
  • Maybe it was only the newbies who had to...I still don't remmeber being asked to.
