Broadband in NI

NTL user here too, been on their broad band since it began and only had to ring them once, during which they walked me through everything possible. Not sure what the problem was after all the procedures we did, cuz we formatted the pc and it worked perfectly after that and even likes our new home network too0

*Up to* 8 mbit you mean. You're only likely to get that if you live on top of the exchange.
By the way, is it just me, or does anyone else get annoyed by the UTV Internet ads which advertise "2 megabyte broadband" - it 2 megaBIT broadband you clampetts. I pointed this out through their website, but got no response whatsoever.0 -
Called complete computer care, and was told this:
"over 30 phone exchanges are enabled already with 35 more scheduled for the 31 of March and a few more after that...". the good thing about dealing with a local company, is that you dont get these annoying 5 minutes wait with some silly "elevator music", quick answer and more important - to the point!
cant wait to get my broad band upgraded, but since I am getting 1Mbit now I was told that its likely I will "only" be able to get 4MBit speed....

Although the price is good at £14.85 that only includes 1 gig per month transfer.
Other Entanet resellers are offering the Max3 product for about £16.50 which includes 3 gig of peak and 30 gig of offpeak bandwidth, do you know if CCC offer this, and at what price?
