i'd recommend eclipse, ive been with them for 6 months and its round £17 month for their basic 512k service - this might sound slow but it is by far the speediest connection ive had (outdoing my bt 1mb one). You can boost that speed to 2mb a sec for around 5p an hour if you need to - great if you need to download some files quickly.
Xbox 360 live works a treat for me - not one bit of lag and all on a 512k connection!!
Hope this helps
ps forgot to mention there are NO download limits or throttling etc0 -

sorry just can't get past euro1net.com offer double 512 speed (1.1meg) for £10 per month unlimited. Backup service is fantastic and I didn't subscribe for their support option but they phoned me on my mobile and stayed on for about half an hour while I checked out all my settings. really helpful guy even advised about virus protection etc.
only drawback is you pay up front.
I paid for 2 years 24 months to avoid £50 line setup.
:TPlenty of mistakes, but no regrets.0 -

No problems & very good customer service.
14.99 per month for unlimited 2mb speed, soon to be upgraded for free to 8mb (if your local exchange can take it).0 -
You can check the enabled exchanges here http://www.newnet.co.uk/broadband/adslmax.php
