  • bad enough for a lab. gov. daring to dilute the original plans but we await press statments on the matter form the opposition parties.

they can't all be the same, can they.....?
Careful now! Don't get ahead of yourself! There was a Tory MP and Lib Dem MP at this meeting ;)

They need to do one of two things, I'd say. Either change Parliament's hours so that it doesn't ever sit until after the last trains have left London, and wipe the London home allowance off any MP who lives within sensible commuting distance (say an hour from a mainline station), or else turn the huge nuclear bunker underneath Parliament into studio flats for them to stay in.
Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!
  • 70% of the British public know what they should do.

    30% just dont give a !!!!!! !.

I can't wait till they make it conpuslory to vote the prisons will be bursting.
They seem to think that in "making" us vote would somehow justify their

disgraceful actions. .It just goes to show how "out of touch they are", do they not study history?,you only have to look back and see what will eventually happen and the saddest part is it will cost the lives of many, sooner or later there will be rebellion and civil unrest.

As a Civil Servant, I presume that the same rules apply to me?
Oh well, they can snoop on our e mails, hassle train-spotters, snoop on our rubbish, round up innocent football supporters and 'deport' them, but we can't swee how they spend our money. Conway should have gone to jail, not just paid back a small fraction. Time for a revolution, and put them all up against the wall, in front of an ethically diverse, gender-balanced firing squad catering for special needs participants!

And I'm not sure what this has to do with the middle class specifically. Aren't we all being screwed over here?
It was a joke; what with Harperson going on about fighting the rich-poor divide whilst diluting the requirements for MP's expense claims.
    Happy chappy

I don't mind David Davies. Most of them are scumbags irrespective of party. Fire, urinary tract related crisis management, join the dots.
