Only catch that I can find is that my computer won't recognise the link! No doubt I'm pressing the wrong button again!

The catch is if you don't stick to their strict terms/they go bust/ they decide they don't want to pay you - you pay the full rental in cost with no money back.

I always go with bigger co.'s like CPW/Phones4U
  • in birmingham u will find that most of the dealers do these types of deals there isnt a catch to it as long as u know the shop/dealer u r buying from is established , the independant dealers doing the deals here have been established a few years. u must remember these deals are cashback deals where u have to claim your money back in a certain period of time

Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.

    Hi,

The catch is that you will pay a monthly line rental and then have to claim back vouchers for a refund.
    Nice to save.
  • Have a look at this thread - plenty of free mobile deals about - just stick to the more reputable dealers E2Save/CPW (both part of CPW), Mobileshop and you should be ok.

The comment made is often ... ' too good to be true' but I've used these deals for a few years and end up in profit and lots of free network minutes.

The economics and deals are discussed in this thread
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=140071&page=2&pp=10

OSPS (not the most reliable of cashbacks) are doing the following deal

    http://www.onestopphoneshop.com/index.php?&B[0][next][0]=&B[0][network]=orange&B[0][make]=Motorola&B[0][tariff]=OT200&B[0][handsetcode]=ORAV3B
scroll down to the off peak 1000 and go through Quidco and the deal come to just under £11 for the Motorola V3 for the year.

This deal is actually delivered by the reputable (?!) Mobileshop.com discussed on other threads - you can also get £25 if you go through quidco.com. They also have this phone free on 02 200 and another phoe (Nokia 6030). Fonetasticmobile is the white label affiliate system of Mobileshop.com. As they say on their About us page. "We have chosen to partner with MobileShop.com as our preferred partner " - I would therefore personally go with Mobileshop.com direct (through Quidco) as with this affiliate you are potentially introducing another company into the equation that may not be around to pay up (or would your contract be with Mobileshop.com, in the same way that you click through Quidco?).

Mobileshop are doing the Nokia 6030 on o2 - 250mins, it's a better phone and you get 50 more mins than the one mentioned above.
have a look at it here, but buy it through Quidco or Rpoints and get more cashback

    Thanks MrGreen,

Bought one of these through Mobileshop a couple of months back for my daughter on 02s 200 min and 100 txt.

The phone is well made, passes muster with my daughter and her friends, has nokias usual intuitive and easy to navigate menu system and whilst it has fairly basic functionality does exactly what a phone should do.

I was a bit miffed when mobileshop withdrew that offer a week or two ago as I was just about to order one for myself.

So thanks for finding this (better) tariff. Its not yet on the comparison sites that i've been looking at.

Just ordered 2 - one for my OH as well. Both through Quidco. Just hope that theres no restrictions on multiple orders.

    Simon
