    I want those kitties!

If you still need bear names - I think Brideshead Revisited had a bear called Alpaca.

Composers make good cat names too.....Puccini, Pachelbel,Chopin,Mozart

My boy was "bear" while he was still a stray and I was trying to trace his owners. When we adopted each other he became Yogi, he likes his name!

Has anyone mentioned Tessie bear, from Noddy?
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

We have a GSD called Rupert, named because he looked so like a bear when he was a puppy; that's why I'm up on bear names!

I used to have a cat called Marley - sadly he went missing never to return.....
  • How about a Shakespearean (sp) theme - we had a Macduff (from Macbeth) - he got stuck up the chimney one time (not that that's at all relevant), but you could have a field day with William's works I would think.

Also had a Siamese called Ulysses.

Now got a moggy called Bertie.

Had a theme going with new foals/comers at the farm where my horse lives.
Had Florence (my miniature), Dillon (evil Shetland), two pretty newborn boys - Zebedee and Dougal. Next foal was going to be Brian or Ermentrude so we called him Eric!
    Blonde: Unemployed: Bankrupt.
    What do I know?

  • How about ' Asmodeus' the brave cat out of 'Rogue Male' (even though he met with a sticky end) ?

Terry Pratchett - "Greebo" after Nanny Oggs companion.

Thought about it for big cat, but ended up with "Hex" instead..also a Pratchett inspiration, and quite fitting since we both work in computer repair and support..heh.
