    Yeah long story but i'll try in brief.

    Actually, no. I still won't discuss it here.

    All I can say is to watch out for all mail. Don't be fazed by certain letters that might arrive and respond sensibly and seek advice.

    In some cases, appeals are being completely ignored. Again I cannot say what I know.

    I've turned one over TODAY that was originally dated Mid 2008.!!!!

    Point for you is - you should keep proof of posting (don't use Recorded) or hand deliver and get a receipt. Any future procedural error on their part will then win it for you.
