Seems to be hit and miss on whether people are lucky enough to get their TV's. I ordered a Samsung Plasma PS-42Q7H on 24th April, was showing as 7 days till stock at the time, I received a letter at the weekend thanking me for my order and explaining a delivery delay of 7 days. So I'm still not sure whether this is going to arrive or not. Anyone else get the letter and still had the order cancelled?

just got mine today after a lot of praying ?.freemans played about a bit but it was worth the wait .invoice says 899 but they sent me a letter saying the price was 629.99 before the tv came .so i phoned up before the box was cut opened and the lady said the money is taken off when the item get delivered.do they know what they are doing?????????????????

Got to agree its a hit and miss thing with freemans. I ordered another tv for a friend last week on the 27th and they tried delivering today.

Worth trying again later on in the week but with alternatie name if they have refused you.

Really Angry with my credit card tescos. The new samsung 32" came into stock today. Freemans tried to take payment of £700 but Tescos declined it though i am well within my credit limit. Tescos phoned me doing a so called security check which is how i found out they declined payment. I went balistic, a load of indians who didnt speak english very well in a call centre in india. I was told it automatically got declined as it was a large value. I was very unhappy with this as they claimed it could have been fraud. This is the second time in 6 weeks they have declined a large transaction :mad:. Whilst in the interest of security i understand but why cant they phone me before they decline the transaction. I may miss out on this now because of their incompetance. Though i spoke with freemans and they said give it 24 hours for the decline to register with them and i can pay for it again at £700 fingers crossed. But i recon i may encounter problems.

I had the same thing happened to me with my egg card. There automated system rejects high value purchases. You may want to try another credit card, found cahoot to really good since they email/tel you with regards to your ist big purchase inorder to process it and you get a £250 overdraft for free.

Just took collection of the tv but seems it may be a graded product or used since the stand has got scratches on it. Anyone esle have the same problems?
