    I really would suggest getting a solicitor, you said yourself you dont no what your doing, its the only way you will get a more suitable amount

    i have just read the medical report

    it makes no mention of how things such as diving has affected my life only that i cant dive.

    also there is no detail to clarifdy things. only my exisiting condition has been made worse. not what i said which was i lived with my existing condition and that the effect is that i now can NOT live properly as i need helpo with simple every days tasks

    ill be seeing a soliciter in the week. any recomendations?
