The London shows. My googling must be rubbish :rotfl: what did you put in the subject?

My friend in the States sent me the link to a comp which I don't think is open to us Brits, but I wondered if anyone could help by recognising designer labels.

Link: http://crossroadstrading.com/cm/Contests/Name%20That%20Label/Pictures%20&%20Instructions.html

Name the label for each item to qualify to be in a drawing for a $25 gift card.

Any ideas would be welcome cos I have no idea!!!!

Cheers

Gwen Stefani 's label is LAMB, but I don't know if that's one of her bags.

Hi all,

A little advice please ...

I won two nights in the Lakes with Times Online last October and was first notified via a 'phone call early November, when they told me I'd get a letter within a week. It never arrived, so I rang the comp. department late November and they had no record of it, said they'd look into it and ring me back and never did ...

I ended up emailing the editor in the end and attached a copy of the comp. details to him. He said he'd chase the sponsor and get them to write. Got nothing ...

Been in touch with him again a few weeks ago and no reply.

Just wondering what I can do now. I plan to email him again, but is there any sort of Ombudsman type organisation I can "threaten" him with. I've been very "nice" up until now, but think all this is unacceptable. Surely they should initially write to inform winners themselves, or at least have some sort of follow-up procedure to make sure winners are contacted by the sponsors?

Are Times Online renowned for this?

Any advice much appreciated!

I won the garden vouchers in my sig from them. I got the email on a Friday and the vouchers arrived recorded delivery on a Monday :)

Morning all, I've been entering comps for ages now but I only do the individual ones rather than regular daily or monthly. I'd like to start doing those too, so could any of you regulars help out with a foolproof system as to how to remember which ones you've done, need to do etc? I usually get on here most days but am stuck as to how to plan what I need to do?
Thanks a lot x

I've only just started to do the regulars, I do similar to what Cheeky Chicken does but I have a folder for daily, weekly and monthly in my subscriptions on here and work my way down the list.

I've had a couple of problems with prizes not arriving and they have been resolved with the input of Edwin Mutton.

The Institute of Sales Promotions complaints@isp.org.uk lay down the guidelines which comp organisors must follow.

EdwinM@isp.org.uk [direct email].

These are the details he requires to chase up your prize, [taken from my email]
Thank you for this enquiry. Could you please let me have the details of the competition, where it appeared etc. When did you enter, have you a copy of the entry form? I need these to begin my investigation.
Hope this helps

re: Maxim comps

Do maxim know what kind of company is running their competitions? Maybe we could do a mass email so we know they are definitely aware.
