When I have come accross a winners list I have been attaching the list to the end of the original competition post in Game Over with the title Winners Announced or Winner Annouced do you think this is a good idea? or should I stop doing it
The reason I ask is that it could help to identify peoples names when they post in the I Won thread who may wish to remain annoymous
someone won today and as there was only one winner it would have tagged there name to there user name I did not post the winners name for this reason
should I refrain from posting the winners nameswhat do you think ?
maybe a BG could advise ?0 -
Personally I think all winners lists should be put in 'I won I won' forum because not everyone will check the end of each comp when a list is put on ITMS.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0

The only thing with the above is that you then lose the original End date and title of the OP
if winners lists are attached to the original competition post and are titled Winners announced everthing that has previously been posted for the comp is all in one place and is easier to access just do an advanced MSE search in Game Over for the competition or with the words "Winners Announced" or "Winnner Annouced" and you will see what I mean0 -
Hi guys,
I was just wondering yesterday can you only win the ITV competitions (Real Deal, This Morning, Rosemary Shrager etc) if you use your home phone number? I ask because I always put my mobile number in. Thanks;)Competion Wins 2008 - £1700 - 2009 £5300

Hi guys,
I was just wondering yesterday can you only win the ITV competitions (Real Deal, This Morning, Rosemary Shrager etc) if you use your home phone number? I ask because I always put my mobile number in. Thanks;)
I think that the comps just ask for "A" phone number they do not specify if it is to be a landline or mobile phone I have had a quick look at these comps T&C's here
http://www.itv.com/Termsandconditions/Competitionsandvotes/default.html
and they say "The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date on the phone number they provided when entering the competition."
Also cannot see anything in the General Competition Terms and Conditions here
http://www.itv.com/Termsandconditions/Competitionsandvotes/GeneralCompetitionTerms/default.html
which would disqualify you if you enter a mobile phone number
hope this helps0 -

I agree pms - I never venture into game over - i stay uptodate with comps and have no reason to.
The only winners lists i see are in iwiw - unfortunately i'm never on them :rotfl:The only thing with the above is that you then lose the original End date and title of the OP

unsure why the original title or end date can't be linked to the winners list in iwiw? Surely that would solve one 'problem'
I don't have time to advanced search 'winner announced' posts lolJo x2007:£5181.09 2008: £6619.70 2009: £4284.49 2010: £5213.14 2011: £4980.62 2012: £3188.52

I agree iwiw is the best place for the winners lists still not sure if they should be posted howether as peeps could tag individual winners names to MSE user names
I will refrain from posting winners names until the BG's have decided whether or not it is ok to do so
how do you find the winners list in iwiwas I never trawl through iwiw don't know where they are
now if there was a "Sticky" winners list and the post's where linked to the comp's OP's maybe it would be easier to find them
has the privacy iimplications about posting the "Winners List" not been discussed beforeif can anyone advise that would be
