I am a bit embarrased asking this question, but how does this forum work?
I like to enter competitions and have a had a small amount of success, but I just can't get the hang of this forum. Are there competitions listed, or is it just a forum for happy winners (great news) to tell eveyone about their wins?

Um below this thread are over 6000 comps listed with links and mostly with answers, so you just click the threads, click through to the comp site and enter the comp, or send the email off

Had a really nice e-mail from Diana at sixtysurfers to say that the JM coffee maker I had won had been discontinued and that I could choose from some other JM items. Suited me really as I drink too much coffee anyway I guess whilst on the computer. So I went for the Cordless Kettle which looks really nice and will definitely be used every day.

Also can I ask :

I do some postcard comping as well and wonder what 'postcards' you all use. I have found a local shop that sells proper ones at 8p each if you buy 12 (no problem) so I thought that was quite good. What do you all do - do you buy, make, use envelopes or what ? I started attacking a cereal box this morning with the sissors and OH thought I had gone quite mad !

With regards to entering the SkySports/SportingLife/Football365 competitions on more than one site. I remember someone saying about entering on no more than 5 but I can't find this post. Is anyone able to verify this for me? Thanks

I can confirm that if you enter the same competition via different websites that you will not be disqualified. However if you enter the same competition over five times your entries will be deleted.

so that's the rule I've been sticking with when posting some of these comps.

Hi everyone, does anyone know the number to contact the Daily Mail with regards to the cheques for the Daily Name Game? I stupidly deleted the text after I sent them my name and address and don't know the number.

Its been over 28 days now and I am a little worried thay have forgotten me?

Any help would be appreciated

I make all my postcards. I have a local shop that sells big boxes of coloured card for cheap & I alse recycle any left over cereal boxes etc & turn them into postcards
