What is it with the board today!!!

Spam and a lot of incorrectly posted comps, we were all new once but there wasn't a comping guide then.

Don't think the new rule about posting links untill youve made so many posts is making the slightest difference

Not good...I've been playing catch-up with older comps so missed the fun it seems.....I've had enough of comping for today at least though.

Just to make it known that following a conversation with Simon from the Book Geeks site, he has requested that no answers are posted from now on (but promises he won't make them too hard ;)). I've sent VelvetGlove a pm to add it to the list on the comping guide.

Tip: These results do not include the word "win". Show results that include "win".

Since he popped in yesterday, I went to his site to click on a few ads but he didn't have any :D

I think all his comps are sponsored by Canongate, not sure about the rest of the site though.

My Mum has won shopping at cheshire oaks she seems to remember entering for us both as would make a nice day out and could call in at Trafford centre on the way home.

Apparently the winner books the appointment then the other people they entered get an email inviting them along.

It is not cost effective for just her to go for £50 shopping as it is a 170 mile round trip. (and maybe i would feel neglected and left out  and i need new trainers and i let her help with my New York win)

Does anyone know if this is true and have they claimed there win and then had an invite sent to the other people???

Just checking she has understood correctly, i know i entered it and put me and about 4 other people, my mates would have loved me for that.

I am unable to check the email as the password she gave me won't let me in.

I have found two new comps this week that nobody else had posted so am feeling rather pleased with myself. (love to return the favour but normally i am beaten to it)
