Hi I’m Richard Clark from Caribbean Twist. We’ve picked up on your comments and I’m keen to reassure you that we’ve addressed the points you’ve raised. Firstly I’d like to apologise to you and indeed any other Caribbean Twist drinkers who’ve experienced problems with this promotion. The problem was caused by a change over in employees handling the Competition and as a result the closing date for the Competition was missed which meant the winners were not chosen on time. I realise this has probably been frustrating for you
and I’d like to apologise for the fact that you feel that you have received anything less than a professional and courteous response to any queries that you may have raised with regard to the Competition.

Please be assured we’re taking steps to ensure that such events do not happen again.

Despite this, I’m pleased to be able to confirm that the winners of the Competition have now been chosen and notified and that 6 lucky people will soon be making their way to the sunny Caribbean courtesy of Caribbean Twist.

Finally, I feel I ought to clarify a couple of points which are raised by your post

Firstly, the company takes its responsibility as a promoter and advertiser of alcoholic drinks extremely seriously and follows all appropriate guidance on promotions and under no circumstances would it permit a promotion to be “fixed”.

Secondly I’d just like to clear up the situation over the promoter of the Competition which is Halewood International Limited and not Brazen PR as your original post suggested.

Thanks for taking time to raise the issues you’ve posted on and I trust this explanation addresses the points you make

Not sure there is any appetite for this but thought I'd ask...

Is there any way for searching this thread for free (or not premium rate at least) text comps? I don't do the ones that cost but did like to do these when they were on the comps board. However, I just can't stay up-to-date with this thread!

Hope I don't sound ungrateful as I know how much effort goes into all of this, but thought I would ask the question.

Text comps are all on this thread, some of them are less than £1 a go a lot are just 25p which I don't mind

Yes that's the thread I meant (sorry not clear in my other post). I know some are only +25p, but that thread is really long and difficult for me to search, BUT I know the comps board is about more than just me, so thought I would see what others thoughts were.

Probably only 10-20 posts a day though, so shouldn't take that long to look through surely?

I don't get to comp every day (just online at the minute as off work ill) and try to catch up at the weekends.

gosh! Does anyone know if the maxim ones are still topfox? Don't want to enter if they are but can't see any info on the individual comps...
