    Hiya

Do you know the name of the dresses you are after, my daughter works in Monsoon, so will be able to have a look for you mid week and see if they are in her store. She says that all stock after the sale goes to retail outlets around the country, so definately worth checking if you have one near you. As far as she is aware sale ends in store by the end of the month.

Hope this is of some help xx

    Hi SCOTTISHNELLIE
Bad news Im afraid my daughter went through every item in her shop and checked the stock rooms, unfortunately none of the dresses you want were there. Really hope that you manage to get hold of them somehow without having to result to lining an ebayers pockets !!

This site explains how to search for the Monsoon sale items quite well. It also says that Miss Selfridge have just added more lines and increased the discounts if anyone's interested. There's also 20% student discount. I've put the links below

thanks for those....just one comment though they need to amend the comments for sale returns on monsoon..they have it as 14 days return for sale items when it's only 7..
    great sites thanks
  • I received my sale items last week and took them back today to The Arndale, Manchester. Unfortunately my items didn't fit but one of the items was a coat and one arm was about 2 inches longer than the other. The SA took no notice of this when I pointed it out to her and put the items back out on the shop floor.

There was still a large selection of sale items in the Arndale, mainly smaller sizes.

  • Just had a look at the website and it says:

    To return an order

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website, however it may be possible to do this in one of our stores depending on availability. This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above)
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Says 14days so Im going to return it in the post. Still says 14 days now and did when I ordered so they had better refund it...

I heard the SA today telling a customer it was 7days, but it does state on your invoice you have 14days to return sale items and also on their website. Maybe it is a different policy instore.

  • The sales assistant told me items bought instore are 7 days, and items bought online are 14 days.

i've sent them your quote on their 'help the mole' contact form

It's 7 days in store sale returns policy, and 14 days online purchases either to a store or by mail

Since sending them this query, they have updated the website to make it clear:

Maybe too late and not of use, but I spotted the Monsoon Tequila dress online this afternoon, only available in sizes 10 or 12, reduced to £25.50:

I'm always a bit iffy posting links here, if you go to the Monsoon site and type in Tequila as keyword, it should come up.
