    In that case, uninstall IE7 from Add/Remove Programs?

    Uninstall IE7 > Run registry cleaner such as Regseeker > Reinstall IE7 if you wish.

    All reinstalling IE7 is going to do, is determine if it can be repaired or not - can it get any worse? No, so what you gotta lose...?
