My husband ordered me a bouquest for £45.... very dispointed. Same would have cost £5 in Tescos. The flowers failed to open and the chocolates were squashed. Valueflora sent us 2 bouquets as an apology - these died very quickly and were still worth about £5.0 -
code-a-holic still waiting for my flowers as an apology...3 weeks on0

Hiya
I work for a brewery & know that soon if you buy a Newcastle Brown Ale you can get a free Valentines Day Card!!
So instead of going to the petrol station to buy your card, you can just nip down the pub!!!
Am I good to you or what??

Personally would prefer it. It will last a lot longer that a bunch of roses.
I have never seen the romantic side to giving flowers personally.
Valentines day is about about spend spend spend. The only people who do well are florists as they hike up the prices and card shops that get you to buy silly cards and presents.
I would rather have a well thought out gift that cost little then an expensive unthought out presents.
Yes I am married and me and my husband will be buying each other presents but there will be no flowers in sight.
But do agree that red roses are so passé
But each to there own.

Not if you still want to be in a relationship at the end of valentines day.
Do you include the iron as well

I've just ordered a dozen roses for my wife for delivery on the 14th at interflora and got a free box of heart shaped chocolates thrown in! It was using a code in a newsletter (i'll post it on the vouchers/discount codes area!)0
