Is it meal replacement or do you have to eat that cabbage soup?

I suppose my apple cake & custard would be out of the question? Not to mention the g&t's......

It's meal replacement Olive, soups or shakes. It sounds really harsh, but it's the easiest diet I've ever been on. No weighing, counting syns or points, deciding between red and green days etc. So easy, but expensive unfortunately :p

Are G&T's not a meal replacement?
