No thats weird as it was a picture of a clock made from a record and using brightly painted nuts and bolts instead of numbers!!!! I don't know what has happened there

Am bumping this up as there;s such good ideas on it............

This weekend I really must make an effort to do something and I need this thread as a reminder else I'll forget that I need to
    Make bag from old cardigan
Make leg warmers from same cardigan
Revitalise Mums draft excluder with some sort of material -not sure what yet - if I can scroung the leg from a pair of OH's jeans that might do it (long as he's not wearing them................lol)
Try and create some sort of clock from old breadboard
Pebble and Pill Bottle key hideaway

That'll do for now..............shan't get it all done but can make a start.................lol

For those of you who wrap gifts in brown paper these fabric and brown paper tags are really effectivehttp://www.makingthishome.com/2008/12/11/make-simple-gift-tags-from-the-stuff-in-your-house/
my favourite has the red and white stripe edging.

shegrinch - they're brilliant - I love brown paper and wouldn;y some of them make super christmas cards........or cards for all sorts of occassions.

Didn't get very far with doing what I set out to do today...........phone kept ringing. So I only got as far as getting stuff out that I want to do things with so at least its all in one place.
My pill bottles aren't big enough for my keys but a chap keeps giving me these little plastic tubs that come out of a sweet machine in the pub where he works. They don't have a screw on top though so I''ll have to experiment a bit with those. Failing that I've got some empty little meat paste jars - they do screw on -just have to try out key sizes.
    So, I'm a stage further than I was....................lol

As I have a chub lock I am thinking that I will have to use my vitamin tub as it is huge!! but it has a domed shape lid so I am thinking now of those efferfescent tablets or steradent type tubes, I'm going to ask at work if anyone uses these.
