    I'll have a lager please :D

Packed lunch is done and ironing put away. Checked the smoke alarms too, so that's one thing off tomorrow's list :D

I'm in again -hopefully I will keep it up this week! I started really well last week, but in-laws stayed this weekend, and so the living room is chaos (they stay on the sofa bed, so don't get anything tidied while they are herre, and we always do a massive meal, which means loads of washing up. They also seem to be completely unaware of how to put dishes in a dishwasher. Also unable to wipe feet or take off muddy shoes before walking from the back door to the front door on my (freshly washed - I mean while they were here, in front of them, about 16 hours before) cream carpet.

OK rant over, can I just say Oh My God, Stardrops!!! I have cleaned the gas hob, the splash back behind the cooker, and while DS was in the bath I did the family bathroom. Well chuffed with the results - I nearly blinded DH with the shine from the panini maker.

Must find tomorrows list - I am thinking probably level 2 at most, since the decluttering of the living room will take forever!

How many teachers are there on here? Sexymouse, (I think it was you) you mentioned science module exams, are you a science teacher, too?

Can I ask what do people use to clean their paintwork, without damaging the paintwork? Do you use just washing up liquid or is there something else I should be using.
My paintwork isnt worth worrying about as its partly been removed and is all being replaced - but I use diluted stardrops - I would hazard a guess some of the other flyers do too!

There are quite a few teachers on here. I'm a primary school teacher myself. Chamichelle is a secondary science teacher but she is on maternity leave at the moment. Serena is a secondary languages teacher, Valli is a primary teacher, Froddington is a special needs teacher, there are quite a few TAs on here too, and my mind has gone blank but I'm sure that there is another teacher on here too. Apologies to anyone I've missed. I know nicki is training in school at the moment, but don't know if it's to be a TA or a teacher.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Vast amounts of stuff made with chicken & some (out of date) cream that needed using up.

I have chicken with leeks, mushrooms, peas & soya beans; creamy chicken with peppers; chicken with millet (which I will add veggies to when I use it). I will leave it all to cool, and divide it up to go into the freezer (with the first batch of stock) tomorrow morning.

Washing up done. Need to find more stuff to go in the top of the DW, as the bottom is full, but the top isn't

Kitchen relatively OK - hob will need a S&S tomorrow morning and there'll be another load for the DW.

Am going to find some laundry baskets to take upstairs so I can get the laundry ready for tomorrow morning.

And I'm going to have the relaxing bath I've been promising myself for the last fortnight. If I can get to bed at a sensible time I might just be able to reset my body clock!

I'll decline the drink thanks... need to cut down on the alcohol for a bit :o
