Prawn cocktail in melon halves, party 7 and sausage rolls http://www.retrowow.co.uk/retro_britain/70s/70s_party.html.

We had a 60s party for my DH's 40th last year. It was so much fun.

List for the rest of the evening:
    - remove glass from fire place
    - declutter sofa DH is sitting on (he can stay there)
    - put all wii games away
    - light some candles
    - put DD's top in the charity bag
    - get clothes out of the washing machine
    - check kitchen, dining room and living room for obvious clutter xx

  • Some of you will already know that I am struggling this week and to be honest previous weeks too - I am feeling very low and havent done any flying so feel I cant post- I miss the chat and as much I would like to post I am concious that my chat is not flying related so need to keep quiet. I have been keeping up with the thread and see that you are all doing really well - enjoy the difference it makes to your home - you've earned it.
My house is overwhelming me again but I have no inclination to do anything - send me some motivation please!!!!
I thought I had better pop in and let you know as some of you have been wondering where I was. Physically I am just the same and will just have to get my head sorted asap. take care all!!

    toots xx

Honey, Pigpen has said it, the chat on here has to slow down, but you are the only one stopping completly you donut (that's said with love BTW :p )! As Soappie said, just let us know when you've washed up your cup after your coffee - anything flying wise... and as Mozzy said " firstly, don't post the looong looong list. just the day we are on! or if you are struggling anyways just pick 3 jobs to do to get going! you know we'll cheer you on :jsecondly, chat is not 'forbidden' just restricted ;) - so give me the gossip when you've put the chocolate bar paper in the bin next time :D "
There is NOTHING worse than being on your own and feeling down and we are all here for you, the first post was not aimed at you personally so don't be the only person not posting at all... you are much loved on here and we want to be here for you... huge hugs that you get your va va va voom back soon honey... :A

LadyLiberty...The rule is....No Carrying Over From the Days Before! (Unless you've got visitors due and the house is looking horrendous, then its OK.) The rooms will come round again next week.:D
I wish:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: If I didn't carry stuff over I would never get ANYTHING done! I work strange days, so carry over and try the next time - If I don't get stuff done, then it waits till the next week, but I have to have my list... ;)

Today is not such a good day.:(

My cavity is septic and I have 2 lots of strong antibiotics to take and no drinking alcohol on them.

I really wanted to do our Triker household friday night flylady blitz after work but in so much pain, can't.

House is a humongous tip and I don't know where to start. Not that I'm in a fit state to do much anyway.:o

I missed the 75% off all Tesco christmas hampers and am gutted because I'd only blooming been checking every day throughout the day except today.

    Forums shutting down tonight.

    Good stuff.

My friend came round and surprised me with christmas pressies.:D

    Chinese for tea.

Managed to get a coat rack freestanding type from Boyes for £19.99.OH has set it up, it looks a little slanted but hopefully it'll do the job.

    Most Haunted on later.

    You peeps still being here.

:grouphug::kisses3:Toots come on my friend, cheer up and get your !!!!! back here where you belong. A little at a time sweetie, you know the drill.;) x
