My house is 111 years old, so I guess there's some hope for it yet. I certainly seem to have less problems than some people I know who've bought new builds.

I would be an assett to a pub quiz team...in a previous job they used to say i was a MIND of useless information. I once made a (big) mistake and got the books in the wrong order (bingo books) I wrote 'Mea culpa' on a post it, and signed it by way of an apology - they thought I had written 'mega c0ck up' :rotfl:
