Did you actually take any notice of what you get or rather don't? The £185 home office PC for example has no monitor, no mouse or keyboard AND NO OPERATING SYSTEM. And you can build a better spec for less money buying from Aria.
THEY ARE CHEAP BECAUSE THEY DON'T COME WITH WINDOWS.
I could imagine you forking out your money, getting it delivered then wondering where your mouse, keyboard, monitor and speakers were, figuring out it didn't come with any then firing it up and wondering why it said "No Operating System found. Please insert disc and reboot"Conor

I would stay clear of Alienware from personal experience. Lousy customer service, and lots of things not working. I could have been unlucky though0
