    hi Hugo,

with the sites that have been suggested, i.e ginger6, aria etc, you choose the parts but they build them, you just choose the exact spec, so you only get what you want.

if you want to choose a pc bundle try www.arbico.co.uk or www.chillblast.com

Visit Hexus.net forums and get advice from there on parts and installing yourself. Ebuyer is my choice of place to buy from - although they do use CitiLink :(
  • thnkas james123. had a look at the two other site before and not too bad until u see the inc.vat price :( yeh i have been looking at site that sell parts however they seem to come out more expensive than some custum pre-builts from some websites

OR....when I bought this desktop, I put together the min spec I wanted on an online site, got a price and printed the details off....then I went to a local pc shop with a good reputation and asked if they could get anywhere near the online price for a similar spec....they got within £20 of the cost, I had it within 4 days, and they were on the doorstep if I needed any issues sorting (not that I did...it's 3 yrs old and still going strong with no probs)..sometimes local does work :)
    ......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D
  • wow.. jmc 39 how did u manage to find that deal??? yeh local shops are not that great here well south west london. going to see if some online store do price match and see if i can get it cheaper.
