The next update is for the 12th of December so use financial bliss's updat form (see his signature or one of the posts on the 1st page) and do it any time between now and the 11th.0

Cant believe its nearly been a year since we started this challenge, its really made me focus on spending wisely, saving as much as possible and overpaying as much as we can. Since the challenge started we have knocked £12,662 off the mortgage! :cool:

we're the same. managed to knock off 12k in 15 months, and thats whilst getting married in October as well!!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0

I am delighted with our progress too. We started our £151,000 mortgage on 6th November 2009 and a year later we're at £130,927.

Update from No. 32 I will update google docs after work tonight.
Mortgage its self is now under the £20K mark @ £19983. The balance I am reporting for the challenge is £15,433 (Actual Mortgage balance less Mortgage savings). Only £499.67 behind target. Fingers crossed will be able to stay on target for the next update.0 -

Ive sent my update. Down to £59,431.48. Only joined the challenge in July and payed off £3506.60 so far.
