Oh dear, I've been naughty and not even looked at my spreadsheets for about 6 weeks and have become very friendly with my flexible friend, I'd better go and assess the damage.
    good luck everyone

Well have just posted my figures - £178750 - this is just from normal monthly repayments as I am concentrating on repaying 0% credit card debts accrued from house renovation overspend. These debts have fallen from £10k at the start of the year to just over 3k now.
I cannot wait to get rid of these & then start making a dent in my mortgage.

Well done to everyone in this challenge, I love reading everyones updates.

No 73, Queen-Bee. I've just submitted my update via Googledocs and am checking in with a balance of £26,950. Started the year at £59k, so I'm pleased, though unsure what's going to unfold over the coming months. I'm really draining down my savings so it's unlikely I'm going to be able to keep this up for much longer.

No 81 Just updated on £57610.34 just £27610.34 to go.

I did however shorten the term of my Nationwide mortgage to 10 years to day, beating the charge that they are bringing in for this service and ensuring that I don't get any redemption charges for paying off more than 10 years early. very MSE ;0

Oh dear, I didn't even manage to pay back the £7k I took out of the offset, let alone make any extra overpayments :( Senior Dog has had a very expensive couple of months at the vets.

So I shall hang my head in shame and report £129,784.33, which is higher than my starting figure :o I did manage to get it back under £130k though :)

    Off to update Google Docs....
