Our interest in (text removed by MSE Forum Team) was purely the link he had with Cameron Farley Limited and how he came to be involved….a client.

To be fair to him looks like he may have lost a lot of money in CF and that’s probably been the start of his downfall. History for us now unless of course he is a witness in the investigation of (text removed by MSE Forum Team).

I would be lovely if the government could protect everyone from the bad men, but you can't legislate against stupidity.

Well this one will not be in the protection/enforcement market again....

Wonder how much (text removed by MSE Forum Team) made out of it Reaper.

Never mind the 'fireworks' are currently being let off....might even be some replacement 'windows' involved.

I find your tone rather distasteful Le Loup and why should I give it a rest?

(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) is now in jail. (Farley still walking the streets)
(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) created the ‘Currency Plan’ which is what this forum is named after.
(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) is a client of (text removed by MSE Forum Team) and it is widely accepted he mirrored the ‘currency plan’ from the (text removed by MSE Forum Team) scheme.
(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) still owes about £800k to the FSA.
(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) is now bankrupted and the FSA are appointing Administrators.
The FSA appear to have ‘screwed up’ in not shutting (text removed by MSE Forum Team) down a lot sooner than they did, nor did they secure £10million after they eventually shut him down, which was lost.
(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) appears to be promising to start repayments of ‘Losers’ money which might include (text removed by MSE Forum Team). (Surely that may be of some interest to associates of Mr Upton?)
Maybe (text removed by MSE Forum Team) would not be where he is today IF he had not become associated with Farley (maybe the people who introduced (text removed by MSE Forum Team) might feel a bit guilty there).

So please tell me – why should I give it a rest?

Isn’t it a funny old world?

(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) is now locked snugly away at the pleasure of HMG for his fraudulent sins about two years after his fraudulent sins were first reported.

(Text removed by MSE Forum Team) is still walking the streets nearly six years after he came under the spotlight but finally brought to an end of the original venture on the 2 September 2008.

A tale of a scheme that possibly lead to the downfall of a successful businessman.

Mr S introduces Company M – Mr S is possibly a rich person now.
Company M introduces Mr P – Company M rich - not sure but, loser in the scheme?
Mr P introduces Mr B & Ms S – Mr P rich - not sure, but loser in the scheme?
Mr B & Ms S introduces Mr U – Mr M & Ms S rich - not sure but loser in the scheme?
Mr U end of the line re Farley Scheme – Mr U loser? Well we all know where he is, loser, yes but looks like he enjoyed himself along the way.

A Classic Ponzi scheme according to some in authority.

Still waiting to be told why I should give it a rest Le Loup – is something bothering you or maybe you may have something to hide?

    Morning le loup,

An interesting story, well maybe not, is doing the rounds at the moment.

    Bella Magazine, 20 March 2012, Issue 12.

Real Life Betrayal, My Perfect Man's Secret Family

VF, 37, thought she'd found her soulmate. Until his secrets came out - not yet they haven't, well not quite all.

Quote VF: "it took a lot for me to fall in love"

Suppose 'lavish' gifts had nowt to do with it!:rotfl:
