If there are no applications before the Court in respect of rejected claims, the dividend will be paid by this date. However, if there are applications before the Court in respect of rejected claims, we will be unable to declare the dividend at this time without making a further application to the Court for permission to do so.

Having being doing some investigations into this over the last 2 years, I've uncovered some interesting details about this and the closure. Not least where the funds have gone!
The overall deficit is as a result of 2 things, firstly the open trades that were not closed properly when the FSA intervened which total around £500k. This is similar to the Cameron Farley issue which I believe is being taken to court by the investors of that particular scheme to recover against the FSA.

Is it true (Text removed by MSE forum Team) has been jailed????? I think i found the answer JR Quote."Darren Upton appeared at Leeds Crown Court on 19thIt appears also he has been made bankrupt.
