hey my tv has broken i have two circles in the centre of the screen one yellow one purple i cant find my receipt for the tv 47inch plasma will the insurance still payout?

You might be right, but I think it's always worth checking the excess and any potential increase in costs against the costs of the claim before making a claims.

It can be pretty easily done with comparson sites these days. For 10 minutes effort it's worth it IMO becuase insurers charging models change all the time.
