I spent 30 minutes on the phone to Sky trying to sort this out yesterday. I am a customer, HAVE registered, but it keeps taking me around in a loop asking me to register. Assistant on phone doesn't know why - said they would ring me back yesterday, haven't done so yet....

    Really frustrating!
Re sky perks and booking Shopaholic tickets. I booked tickets without any real problems yesterday, however my friend had similar problems to you (she is a sky customer as I am) and said she had to log out my sky, clear her cookies (tools, internet options) and close the internet site down. She then went in again and signed in, followed links, registered for the film site, which took her back to my sky, she then followed the links back again and signed in with her email and booked tickets. Bit round the houses procedure but it worked. Just checked and there are lots of tickets left Manchester 187, Edinburgh 75, Cardiff 249...only Greenwich with just 3 left. Hope this helps.

Re: the Orange/BAFTA screenings, do I exchange the coupon just before the film starts or can I go in any day and get the tickets beforehand?

I exchanged my tickets yesterday for various films this week. I suppose you are taking a chance that there will be seats left if you leave it until the start of the film. However at yesterdays screening of "Duchess" at 4 pm, there were only 7 people in the Cineworld Sheffield, so may not be a problem, especially with the weather forecast for this week.
  • I've been struggling for two days like others -I was using Internet Explorer, however I've just used Safari and had no problems. You do have to register again for the screenings but it's not on the original registration form and the problem seems to be that you are not taken to the screen from the link.

Hope this helps - this is my first post!

Hi Thanks for that - do you have to re-register with a new customer id and password etc and do you need your sky account number?

Hi all, i';ve been struggling for ages to get shopaholic tickets, tried every way that has been suggested, just tried again and got it :j this time i used by boyfriends details and re-registered whilst on internet explorer, there are 243 tickets left for cardiff.
  • Thats mad because sky are making it hard they might have a near to empty screening

No need to re -register, just login using current user name and password then click on "more info about the screening". When you see the register now link click on that and it just took me to the relevant screen which asks for you email, first name, last name, Location of interest, Memorable place and a reminder question. It then asks for your movie preferences i.e. romance, chick flick etc and you then click confirm. This took me staright to the page to book the tickets.

I hope the film is worth it, I love the books and actually saw Hugh Dancy being filmed on 5th Ave last year when I was in New York.

Bummer they are getting rid of the text option for SFF tickets- thats unfair if you don't have a printer or no ink

I'm very new to this site, but just wanted to say a big thank-you to all of you who have been posting codes! I've managed to get 3 tickets for Hotel For Dogs today, and am chuffed to bits!

Also managed to get tickets for Frost/Nixon and Doubt too! Will certainly be keeping my eyes open for any future codes so that I can repay the favour!
