Did they send out the confirmation email for you?
I went through the process but haven't got the confirmation email yet.

I haven't got a confirmation email yet. I printed out the ticket booking portal reference page when I booked, so hopefully will be able to use that if a problem.

Nope,

i have not got the e-mail. i went back in and use te retrieve button and have sent e-mails of it three times and still no ticket. It's on the list so hopefully once they sort their site out it'll work again soon!
