In Portsmouth the last minute (or less) of the film had audio but the picture was replaced by the Odeon's Popcorn & Pepsi advert.

It is because you are probably not logged in when you visit the free tickets thread.

If you visit and are not logged in the system does not send you another reminder until you log in.

I got tickets for a screening next week but now cannot go, what is the procedure for informing SeeFilmFirst so someone else can go instead?

theres an email address on the FAQs/help page of the website...email them with details of the movie,. time and location.

I finally managed to get 2 tickets for 500 days of Summer for yesterday in Swansea. Really enjoyed the film, but I tried really hard to get the tickets, signing up to receive notifications on the codes thread (hooray) but in front of us were a family of 7 (2 adults and 5 children one of whom was too young for the film in my opinion and talked all the way through!) how did they get that many tickets?

A couple of email addresses, saying that i couldn't get a sniff of these tickets every time i went on they were all gone
