As i said i was sick of logging on to see the argument.... and it finally seemed to be over and then it all started up again. you say you made a comment then three replies... as im subscribed to this thread, thats four times + all reverbs responses that I have logged on to see what people are talking about only for it to be part of a stupid argument!! Almost as annoying as people chatting in the codes thread.
And sorry if you thought i was being rude, but you were being rude yourself - thats why i copied your 'yawn'. You shouldnt behave in one way and then criticise someone else for the same thing.
I'm not responding anymore to this, as I said I come on here for the film talk and thats that.
Anyway,
Has anyone seen Sin Nombre yet? Any good?0 -

Sorry in future I will let a total stranger be rude to me and say nothing.....!!! :rolleyes:Never argue with a fool, they will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience.........!!!:rotfl::T0 -
I enjoyed the ugly truth, it was funny if not predictable, but aren't these films always. lol I think if I am honest I probably enjoyed The Proposal a bit more, but both were good films
Nobody else seems to have commented on the Taking of Pelham 123. I thorougly enjoyed it but it has not had good write ups, anyone else seen it on here?
I understand why you took offence to the comments Jules but lets put all this behind us now. If we don't it looks like Reverbe got what he/she wanted - a bit of s*** stirring.
And to get back on topic, I saw Pelham and my friend and I loved it. All the leads were fab and the suspense continued to the end. Although I know some people expected a different ending, I personally didn't. My only gripe was towards the end and the fact that the flaming police didn't move an inch on the bridge!! I was very glad that he remembered the milk though ;-)
Wasn't well yesterday so didn't get to see The Ugly Truth last night. I do however have a ticket to see it tonight and am very much looking forward to seeing afer reading some favourable comments about it.0 -
Guys can we get back on topic & stop the sniping please, or this thread will have to locked & referred to abuse.

Thanks

Thanks for the support Poohface :A and you are right.
Pelham was brilliant, and I do agree with you about the bridge, but then again look at the police the whole way through the film lol they were like something out of a carryon film lol Denzel was brilliant wasn't he!
I hope you enjoy the Ugly Truth it was funny (especially the knickers) hehehe I wont spoil it but just watch out for the knickers lolNever argue with a fool, they will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience.........!!!:rotfl::T0 -
think i must be one of the few that didn't like the ugly truth and I normally love rom-coms. Just bored me tbh - wasn't particularly funny and was just predictable.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -
Right, it's official I'm on 'knicker alert' tonight!!
I'll let you know what I thought tomorrow blackmidnight.0 -

You won't need to look to hard for the knickers Poochface. The cinema I was at was 80% full and I'd say most people enjoyed the film. It's what you expect from a rom com. Hope you enjoy ir Poochface, I certainly did.
Hope you find it worth the journey too ikkle.0 -
