Deluded? I think not sir - you are clearly deluded.
I am not the one trying to avoid repaying my creditors and using this bandwagon for promoting loop-holes and such crap, has anybody been successful in having the debt written off...erm no!
I await your "deluded" reply Mr KrisD.

It is obvious that you are incapable of basic comprehension. In the post I refer to above, you imply that I am trying to avoid repaying my debts and that I am promoting loop-holes. Find the post where I do this and you perhaps have a talent. Not once have I stated that I had any intention of doing so. Never have I promoted said loop-holes. Should I have done so this would not render me 'deluded'. What I have done is question your posting intent, motivation and attitude. What I have merely done is highlight that you and fellow posters such as Simon Templar are wrong in your agressive condemnation and ill-conceived condescending ridiculous arguements. You are so frequently wrong and have the inability to recognise this no matter how obvious. You thrive on attacking people because of your supposed moral high ground. As this was all explained to you by myself and others and as you cannot grasp this, I am tired of trying to enlighten you.

Im not bothered if you want to agree or not so dont bother reading my posts in future.

Barking up the wrong tree? How so? You do not have to justify anything to me. My posts concerning you and your comments could not have been any clearer and as I have said before it is falling on deaf ears. "Don't bother reading my posts in future" now now, don't be spitting the dummy. What is it you think I agrre to or don't agree to? You don't even know. Refer to my reply to PROLIANT. How you can say the things you have said in the tone they were said and read over them and still think that this is reasonable conduct? Good debate? Just a difference of opinion?

Those who have read my previous posts on this matter will know that my big problem with this is the marketing of claims companies designed to mislead people into believing that they can get out of all their credit agreements.

It would appear that the Minstry of Justice have got the same concerns.

Hopefully people will start to think twice before parting with cash that they probably haven't got anyway.

The simple solution to all this rubbish would be for the British government to weed out the shysters who have plenty of income to repay their creditors and "make" them pay it all back - at least the original debt less any interest and charges, as for the remainder judge on a case by case basis and offer 0% government funded loans to people in order to clear the debt i.e.
freeze any further interest and charges therefore giving families a chance to sort them selves out thus bypassing courts, law firms and of course the shysters them selves who use these loopholes as a "fashionable" marketing campaign to peddle there evil service.

This way everybody will benefit and for those who are genuinely struggling financially will have some breathing space, make this scheme a means to an end.

    Just a thought
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.
  • OMG!

You sound like petulant school boys - all of you!

If you want to 'pull chunks out of each other', then why don't you do it privately via pm.

I, for one don't want myself and family to read your offensive and derogatory remarks to one another, and i'm sure other Money Saver's don't want to either.

I come on this site to enjoy, hear and share money saving experiences and to help me understand better where I have gone wrong in the past with managing monies.

If I wan't Verbal fights, Bad language etc...I can tune into any one of my tv channels for that.

Get a grip.........and grow up boys!

Then don't read the offensive threads sir/madam, if young children are viewing then you should supervise their access to the internet. ;)

I wouldn't trust our government to weed my garden, let alone decide who are the "shysters", as you put it.

Laws and courts and stuff are so tiresome and boring aren't they? Perhaps you and some of your mates on this thread could set up some kind of super efficient tribunal system where you guys could get to make the call yourselves. Perhaps you could call it the "Kangaroo Kredit Kourt". You could even give yourself a really cool title like "Grand Wizard" or something. And just think about the "fashionable" outfits you could wear to really scare the bejesus out of them evil shysters? Just an idea, what do you reckon?

    @Doshamento,
Sorry teach, it weren't me who started it, honest - it were that PROLIANT an' 'is mates gangin' up on me, it were...
The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

    Excuse me?
  • For offensive comments Doshamento, you need look no further than the repugnant comments by the Sesame Street resident and his KKK idea.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on this site?

But 'foul language' mentioning D***S and A***S is not on, whether children are present or not.

What do you mean by KKK idea - I don't understand?
  • I agree, Sesame Street dweller made a crude reference to oral sex about board members and his KKK comment is about the Ku Klux Klan.
