There was a case on Panorama where the guy got 100k of cc and loans written off but then lost trying to go for interest payments paid as well, this cost him 100k of legal fees.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0

The only time I have not paid something off wasmy late hubbies CC with capital one and as it is a dead debt then why should i pay it as its not in my name and cap 1 were happy to write it off, but in other terms I always pay what I owe"In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance.0

All I'm debating is whether a mate loan and a bank loan are at all morally comparable.
I believe that as you are making your mate loan more and more like a commercial business loan, in order to make your analogy work - that they aren't.

A Bank wont lend you money if you have no means to pay it back..unless of course you lied to them, which in most cases over the last two years seems to be the case.
Besides if you needed food, why didnt you go to the state instead of buying it on credit..that just signals how stupid people are:rotfl:0 -
Over the past few weeks I have noticed posters and radio ads telling me that my credit card balances can be wiped clean if I took the cards out prior to April 2007, and the credit card companies have not adhered to the Consumer Credit Act 1974. I have also seen a number of companies advertising this online.
Has anybody heard of this or had experience with these people, it just seems too good to be true.
Thanks

Hi,
My friend had a Credit Card with Barclaycard. He made the application online but he cannot remember if he really received an agreement through the post to sign it.
I know some card companies do not send agreement through the post but the customer just confirms the application while doing it online. Is Barclaycard one of them?
Also are these debts enforceable? How ill the credit company confirms the debt on the court without signed agreement?
Thanks

Why this particular question may I ask?

The amount of time this question is asked. Usually the debtor is only concerned whether the agreement has been signed AFTER they have spent on the card and not before. Do you think your friend is now trying to get out of paying the debt back or could it be they are just very meticullous.0 -
YAWNS the same old people moaning and being self riteous. If you can't answer the actual question without having a dig then SHUT UP.0

The question has been answered, why can't the likes of “YOU” people read and challenge a credit agreement before signing it and or spending the line of credit?
I know, because you are free-loaders who are that backward and simple the mere fact of taking any form of responsibility for your own life is beyond your comprehension.Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? And you did a much better job of answering the question, I see.

My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0
