None because if the staff are rude it's because they haven't been trained properly/are working in rubbish conditions.
I do realise this thread is lighthearted and it's a if someone has to go who would you rather it was type of thing but I just feel so sad at the moment at the thought of all these people losing their jobs that I haven't got it in me to wish it on anyone else.0 -

For me it's the photographic shop that sent away some old negatives I found, lost them and still tried to charge me postage and the coffee place near my work where they're always so rude i'd take my busniess elsewhere if there were an elsewhere.;)
Anyone else feeling honest? Somewher that's ripped you off big time maybe, terrible customer service, this country is so good at that :T There are those that deserve it IMHO.
Delta airlines... after trying to book 3 flights to the US and my CC not having enough available funds (as per the we cannot process your booking due to not enough available funds blurb on their website) 24 hours later they took money out of my CC account for 2 flights figuring I had just enough money for 2 ... after I had gone ahead booked the 3 fights with Continental on my maestro card instead... then the long winded process of having to call the US and speak to some dumb yankie who didn't have a clue what I was going on about in order to get a refund. :mad:0 -

Any z-lister "celebrity" who currently relies on the vapid magazines such as OK!, Closer et al for easy money.
I would be delighted to see those magazines go belly up too - some of the lies they print about how much weight people have lost/gained or their dress sizes make me sick.0 -
