1). Halfords. (tried charging me 115.99 for a car battery, without fitting today)
2). Currys / DSG
3). Land Rover / Jaguar
4). All estate agents.
5). and a few law firms for good measure.

I think what the credit crunch will do is make retailers and businesses take a long hard look at how they operate and treat customers. It is inevitable the ones that do survive will be those with good strategies in place across the board (financial, marketing & HR functions etc), value customers and treat them with respect. As on another thread the supermarkets are thriving, and that is not just because they produce cheap products, its the whole package that counts, and they all offer customer loyalty schemes and good services.0
